QHow does the AI gift recommendation work?

Our AI (powered by Giflii!) analyzes contact information, preferences, past gift history, and occasion type to suggest personalized gift ideas. The more you use Giflii, the better the recommendations become.

QCan I import my existing contacts?

Yes! You can manually add contacts or sync from your address book. Simply go to the Contacts page and click 'Add Contact' or 'Import Contacts'.

QHow do gift reminders work?

Set up important dates for your contacts (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), and Giflii will send you reminders in advance. You can customize how far in advance you want to be notified.

QCan I schedule gifts in advance?

Yes! You can select a gift, choose a delivery date, and schedule it for future delivery. Giflii will handle the rest, ensuring your gift arrives on time.

QWhat is the rewards program?

Earn points for every gift you send, referrals you make, and milestones you achieve. Redeem points for discounts, free gifts, or premium features.

QHow do I integrate with Make.com or n8n?

Visit the Automations page, create a new automation, select your platform (Make.com or n8n), and paste your webhook URL. Configure your trigger type and save.

QCan I use Giflii for business gifting?

Absolutely! Giflii is perfect for client appreciation, employee recognition, and team celebrations. Contact us for business plans with bulk management features.

Account & Billing

QHow do I update my account information?

Go to your Dashboard, click on your profile icon, and select 'Account Settings'. You can update your name, email, password, and preferences.

QHow do I cancel my subscription?

Navigate to Account Settings > Billing, and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets through our secure payment processor.

QCan I get a refund?

Troubleshooting

QI didn't receive my reminder notification
